Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect FrontEnd to define and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications and platforms. You will own frontend architecture across programmes, guide multiple teams, and collaborate with product, design, backend, and enterprise architecture teams to deliver best-in-class digital experiences. you will play an essential role in the design, development and optimization of e-commerce platforms and services. You will join a team dedicated to building headless, high-performance and scalable applications based on an API-first approach. Your mission will include back-end and front-end development, the implementation of best development practices and the continuous improvement of our digital journeys.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and drive frontend architecture for enterprise-scale applications
• Lead multiple frontend teams and ensure delivery of scalable and maintainable UI solutions
• Translate business and UX requirements into robust architecture and technical design
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform architecture/code reviews
• Drive adoption of modern frontend patterns (SSR, CSR, micro frontends, headless)
• Ensure optimization for performance, accessibility, and scalability (Core Web Vitals, a11y)
• Collaborate closely with backend, UX, DevOps, and enterprise architecture teams
• Provide technical leadership in solutioning, estimations, and presales discussions
• Mentor leads and senior developers, and drive capability development across teams

Professional and Technical Skills 

• 10–15 years of frontend development experience with strong focus on React.js
• Strong expertise in frontend architecture and design patterns
• Deep knowledge of React ecosystem (Hooks, component architecture, best practices)
• Develop and enhance frontend features using React / Next.js, following established architecture and coding standards with command on HTLML5/CSS3
• Development of Node.js/Fastify services, focused on performance and scalability.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, etc.)
• Solid understanding of SSR, CSR, SSG, ISR, and rendering strategies
• Experience with micro frontends and modular frontend architecture
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, DOM, responsive design, and accessibility (a11y)
• Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, Bootstrap
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API orchestration, and authentication
• Understanding of headless and API-driven frontend architectures
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows
• Good understanding of best practices in SEO, performance (Core Web Vitals) and front-end optimization.
• Accessibility standards (WCAG) sensitivity, including proper use of ARIA attributes and keyboard navigation.
• Playwright's mastery for testing 
• Proven experience leading multiple teams or large frontend tracks
• Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset with ability to operate at programme level

Additional Information

• The ideal candidate would possess Full-stack experience with expertise in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend like Node.js
