About the company and project
Marfields Group is developing St. Regis Residences Limassol, a luxury branded development in Cyprus valued at around €400 million. The project covers two buildings with approximately 250 residences and premium offices, and is at its earliest stage, before excavation.
Marfields Group is building an in-house design team to manage the extensive apartment customisations that St. Regis buyers expect.
The role
The Architect develops and coordinates the architectural design of the residences, with a strong focus on buyer-specific layout changes.
Reports to: Head of Design, within the design team led by CDO Dario Berego
Location: Limassol, Cyprus. A remote start is possible, with relocation to Limassol later. A freelance arrangement through the planned Italy office may be considered for EU-based candidates.
Key responsibilities
Develop architectural drawings and BIM models from concept to construction documentation.
Design and document buyer-requested layout alterations within the building's technical constraints.
Coordinate with structural, MEP and interior design teams.
Prepare documentation for permits and approvals.
Support the construction team with design clarifications and site visits.
Maintain design quality in line with St. Regis brand standards.
Requirements
Essential
3–5 years of experience as an architect, ideally on luxury residential projects.
Degree in architecture.
Strong skills in Revit or ArchiCAD (BIM) and AutoCAD.
Fluent English.
Desirable
Experience at a leading design studio working on high-end residential or hospitality projects.
Experience with residential customisation or apartment fit-out.
Knowledge of Cyprus or EU permitting.
Greek language.
What we offer
Contract: permanent Cyprus employment contract with social insurance and access to the National Health System (GeSY).

Working hours: flexible start between 8 and 9 AM, finish between 5 and 6 PM, one-hour break.
