Performs performance tracking, and management control activities for operations to support systems and business performance, and informed decision-making. Supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and operational financial reporting to provide visibility into performance, risks, and improvement opportunities. Provides financial insight, reporting accuracy, and performance transparency across operational activities to support effective execution and accountability. Contributes to governance, financial control, and continuous improvement in operational planning, reporting, systems reconciliations and performance management processes.

Responsibilities 

• Performs reporting and performance analysis for operational activities and cost centers. 

• Monitors actual results against budget and forecast, analyzes variances, and highlights risks, trends, and opportunities. 

• Prepares recurring financial and operational performance reports, dashboards, and management insights. 

• Partners with operations stakeholders to track performance, support cost management, and improve financial visibility across activities. 

• Supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial review processes related to operational performance, systems reconciliations and reporting. 

• Ensures data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance with financial policies, controls, and established procedures. 

• Identifies opportunities to improve reporting, planning, analytics, and management control processes. 

• Monitoring systems for discrepancies and preforming activities to keep systems reconciled 

• Monitoring inbound communications and performing tasks as requested by internal teams. 

• Create reports and dashboards as needed to support internal business stakeholders 

• Assist with security setup and reviews 

• Communicates with other departments regarding process improvements. 

• Performs related duties as assigned. 

  

Experience and Educational Requirements 

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 
 
2 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, FP and A, management reporting, operations finance, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, or a related field required. 
 
Professional certification in accounting, finance, or controlling such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), or equivalent preferred. 
 
Relevant training or certification in financial systems, analytics, or business performance management preferred. 

  

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (English). 

• Strong leadership skills. 

• Good organizational skills. 

• Ability to work with remote teams. 

• Ability to lead dynamically and energize multidiscipline work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques to respond to business needs. 

• Good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently. 

• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. 

• Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets (Intermediate to Advanced), and Microsoft Outlook, PNC, PowerBI and Power Query.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, transaction processing, reconciliations, reporting support, or a related field required. Certified Bookkeeper (CB), Credit Business Associate (CBA), or equivalent certification preferred. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Knowledge of SAP. Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly, problem-solve, and escalate appropriately. Knowledge of general accounting principles. Familiarity with credit and collections operations procedures, including accounts receivable (A/R) reconciliation. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong reconciliation skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft programs with extensive Microsoft Excel proficiency.
