The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an apprentice for Medical Affairs Coordinator (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Medical Affairs Associate in executing Single Service Agreements (SSA) and Limited Master Service Agreements (LMSAs) to meet the legitimate business needs of the AWC and IP&SS portfolios.

• Supporting the Medical Affairs Associate with the execution of HCP statements of work.

• Completing HCP service reports and Candex payments.

• Processing payments, expenses and report accruals.

• Developing strong relationships with key internal partners to ensure continuous alignment and drive impactful results with a focus on continuous process improvement.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Administrative support experience.

• High degree of diligence and accuracy related to documentation, and ability to deliver on time.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Communicate effectively both verbally and written format.

• Demonstrated analytical capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Experience learning and mastering new software applications.

This position is limited until 29/06/2028.
