Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. This role focuses on maintaining seamless operations by attentively addressing client concerns and ensuring continuous system performance. The practitioner dedicates time to understanding client issues thoroughly, communicating effectively with various stakeholders, and facilitating resolutions that uphold the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructure. The position requires a proactive approach to monitoring system health and collaborating with teams to sustain optimal service delivery throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Document and communicate troubleshooting steps and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and infrastructure management.
- Experience with monitoring and maintaining virtual environments to ensure high availability.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtual machines and host systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning within virtualized platforms.
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in virtualized settings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
