Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying challenges and delivering timely solutions to ensure smooth system operations. Collaboration with different teams and continuous investigation into system behavior are key aspects of the daily routine, contributing to maintaining the reliability and efficiency of critical business applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex system issues.
- Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing insights and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve software issues effectively.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and diagnostic techniques.
- Ability to interpret system logs and trace errors to their root cause.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and their impact on system performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
