Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day revolves around investigating and resolving complex issues across various critical business systems. You will engage in detailed analysis to identify root causes, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption. Your role involves continuous monitoring and proactive problem-solving to maintain system integrity and support business continuity. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behavior and implement effective solutions is a key part of your daily activities, making you an essential contributor to the overall health of the software environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in debugging and troubleshooting SAP ABAP applications within HANA environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and trace issues to their source in complex software landscapes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for SAP HANA applications.
- Experience in collaborating with functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Good communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
