LHMC Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine seeks a highly motivated and committed critical care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a busy critical care service.
The APP will be part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients within the LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital and Winchester Hospital ICUs.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) daily rounds, management of critical illnesses, common bedside procedures, ventilator management, ICU admissions, critical care consults, and bed flow management.
The critical care APP will also be part of the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and respond to all emergencies called within LHMC.
Independent critical thinking and patient care management is at the forefront of the APP role.
This role will include rotational day, night and weekend responsibilities across the three hospitals.
Qualifications
Applicants should be motivated, confident, compassionate, and patient-focused.
Prior experience and a strong interest in critical care medicine is strongly preferred.
Organization, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management skills are highly desirable.

Pay Range:
$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
