APC Remote Primary Care InBox
Support primary care teams remotely by completing indirect patient care tasks. Remote inbox providers collaborate with on-site providers and staff to co-manage the medical needs of patients.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree
- 3-5 years’ clinical experience in primary care
- Board-certified APRN, PA-C
- DEA
- NH License
Major Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient calls and portal messages requiring provider input.
- Review and refill medication refill requests.
- Coordinate patient care with triage and care coordination nurses.
- Communicate lab and diagnostic test results to patients.
- Complete peer-to-peer review with insurance company for authorization of testing or treatment when needed.
- Attend regularly scheduled virtual meetings with on-site providers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Pay Range:
$119,538.00 - $134,000.00The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
