You Will Make an Impact By:
- Acting as a subject matter expert for AP-related processes, working across all entities within BSC Poznań scope, cooperating with SSC Teams, HQ, and Local Finance,
- Participation in transition activities and cooperation with the project management team on related projects implemented for countries supported,
- Working with team members to resolve process questions, provide support for process improvement initiatives, recommend process changes to improve efficiency, including automation initiatives,
- Driving the continuous improvement of the business processes across all business units and locations, including setup of internal controls within AP
- Setting and supporting the achievement of process performance objectives and KPIs - implement a culture of performance metrics measurement
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create processes to improve data gathering and global data management
- Assisting AP team members in terms of AP processes and SAP
- Arrange the necessary training (learning path, track knowledge gaps & assess refresher process trainings, ensure the process training for the new team members as per learning path).
- Coordinating AP improvement projects - ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Ensuring efficient communication and relationship management with multiple stakeholders
Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or another business-related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within a multi-legal-entity environment.
- Experience working with SAP.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and able to effectively prioritize workloads, manage multiple tasks, and accommodate ad hoc requests.
- Precise, detail-oriented, and structured in approach, with a strong focus on documentation quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build effective cross-functional partnerships.
- Sense of urgency and a strong commitment to delivering results and achieving goals.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level); additional European languages are an advantage.
