The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

Job Overview/Responsibilities:

• Support traders in all related operations (order management, trade input and validation, et al)
• Manage daily profit/loss, attribution, and position reports ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to senior traders/management
• Assist with G10, Latam, and emerging markets Rates/NDS execution
• Responsible for all trade lifecycle events
• Gradually assume more risk management responsibility for rates derivative trading portfolio
• Assist trading group with improving operational processes, strategy, and profitability
• Contribute to developing and enhancing trading support platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze trends in client flow communicating to trading team
• Contribute research and analytical content to reports and presentations as directed by desk head

We Require:  

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent comparable work experience in finance, economics, math, or other related discipline
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Solid operational skills with strong attention to details, speed, and high accuracy
• Adaptable and able to work independently on time sensitive projects and tasks
• Proficient computer skills

The typical base pay range for this role is between $100K - $110K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
