Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst to support the governance, quality, onboarding, and operational management of SAP Master Data across the International Business Unit (IBU). This role is responsible for maintaining high-quality Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data while driving Data Quality (DQ) remediation initiatives, supporting business-critical operational processes, and partnering with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to improve data governance and compliance. This role combines day-to-day Master Data operations with Data Quality ownership and governance responsibilities, supporting the progression of data domains from active remediation to sustainable monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Operations & Lifecycle Management

• Execute Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data creation, maintenance, and deactivation activities within defined SLA commitments
• Support ongoing CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) requests while ensuring high levels of data accuracy and compliance including 48-hour fulfillment targets
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Material, Victor, and Customer Master Data within SAP
• Partner with Data Stewards and business teams to ensure timely completion of onboarding and maintenance activities

Supplier/Vendor, Customer and Material Onboarding

• Create and maintain Supplier, Customer and Material Master Data
• Support supplier and customer onboarding workflows and validation processes
• Support material extensions, lifecycle management, and deactivation activities

Data Quality & Data Governance

• Monitor Data Quality KPIs and support data domains through the monitoring-to-remediation lifecycle for Supplier, Customer, and Material Master Data
• Execute data cleansing, mass updates, and remediation activities to improve data accuracy and integrity
• Support implementation and validation of Data Quality rules and controls
• Partner with Data Stewards and business teams to drive resolution of DQ exceptions and recurring issues
• Participate in governance initiatives focused on data standardization, stewardship, and master data compliance

Operational Support & Incident Management

• Provide SAP Master Data operational support for business users across the International Business Unit
• Investigate and resolve ServiceNow incidents and support requests within established SLA targets
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring master data issues
• Support production issue triage and resolution activities
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure uninterrupted business operations

Business Partnership & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate with Data Stewards, Business Process Owners, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and IT teams while supporting cross-regional Master Data coordination across Europe, APAC, and North America
• Support remediation projects and strategic data improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting, and increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Support adoption of best practices in Master Data Management and Data Governance.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP Master Data operations with experience supporting global or regional business operations in a shared services or enterprise environment

Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of one or more of the following SAP Master Data domains: Material Master (MM), Supplier/Vendor Master (BP/PV), Customer Master (BP/AR)

Experience supporting: Data Quality remediation, Data Governance processes, Master Data onboarding and maintenance, and Data Stewardship initiatives

Technical Skills:

• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Master Data processes
• ServiceNow incident management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities in Master Data Management
• Basic SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with mass update and data migration tools (LSMW, DMC, BBC, LTMC, Syniti, Syniti ADMM, or equivalent) preferred

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLA commitments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills and agility to work effectively with global teams across Europe, APAC, and North America
• Demonstrated ability to evolve from a strong operational contributor into an independent analyst capable of driving remediation and governance activities

The IT Operations Analyst I is responsible for providing basic technical support and maintenance for business applications. This role involves troubleshooting application issues, assisting users, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating with development teams to implement enhancements. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent user support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Application Support: Provide day-to-day support for business applications, promptly addressing user queries and resolving technical issues.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot basic application problems, working with users and technical teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor application performance and system health, ensuring applications run efficiently and identifying potential issues before they impact users.
User Assistance: Assist users with application-related questions and provide training and documentation to help them effectively use the applications.
Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, IT, and other stakeholders to implement application enhancements, updates, and patches.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, support procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Change Management: Participate in change management processes, ensuring application changes are tested and deployed smoothly.
Compliance and Security: Ensure applications comply with security policies and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary controls and safeguards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance application support and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience. Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Less than one year of relevant or practical experience.

Special Skills:
Structured Query Language (SQL): Ability to work with databases and perform data analysis.
Scripting and Coding: Knowledge of scripting languages and coding to automate tasks and troubleshoot issues.
Application Software Knowledge: Staying up to date with the latest application software and technologies.
Troubleshooting: Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving application issues.
Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing technologies and operational requirements.
