This team builds and supports analytics solutions that help the business make better decisions. They work across data engineering, reporting, and business intelligence to deliver trusted data, scalable pipelines, and useful dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.

What you will be doing

You will help design, build, and support analytics data solutions used for reporting and decision-making. The role combines hands-on engineering, data modeling, SQL development, and close partnership with analysts and business teams. You will also help ensure the data is accurate, reliable, and easy to use.

• Build and maintain data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and AWS services
• Create scalable data models that support analytics and reporting needs
• Write, test, and tune SQL for transformation, reporting, and analysis
• Partner with analysts and stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
•  Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Cognos or Tableau
• Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and resolve production problems

What you bring:

• 2-4 yrs of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with complex queries
•  Experience with dbt and Airflow in analytics or data engineering workflows
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, EC2, and Redshift
• Understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and data quality practices
• Ability to work well with technical and non-technical teams
• Clear communication, problem-solving ability, and a practical mindset

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as Jira
• Familiarity with GitHub and software development lifecycle practices
• Experience supporting BI platforms in enterprise environments
• Exposure to financial services or regulated data environments
• Ability to create insights and recommendations from business data
