We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting team, part of our Workforce and Rewards business at Marsh China. This role will be based in Shenzhen Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• To participate in the client projects as key project member and ensure the delivery on time, budget and customer satisfaction, providing practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients
• Act as an efficient problem solver to identify, analyze and solve the clients’ issues by providing the solution in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, organization transformation etc.
• Support project delivery under the guidance of project manager in areas such as interviews, draft project deliverables, and actively participating and contributing to team discussions.
• Work with other consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills

What you need to have: 

• Bachelor degree required, major in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, human resources (HR) and/or accounting
• Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn
• Organized and efficient
• Commitment to high quality and timely delivery
• Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
