A área de Riscos Corporativos e Controles Internos, como parte da estrutura de Gerenciamento de Riscos, é responsável por garantir a integridade, eficiência e conformidade das operações e processos internos. Atuando de maneira preventiva, detectando e mitigando riscos operacionais, financeiros e regulatórios, assegurando que todas as atividades estejam alinhadas com as políticas internas, regulamentação de órgãos reguladores e autorreguladores e com as melhores práticas de mercado.

Nossos profissionais de Riscos Corporativos e Controles Internos desempenham um papel fundamental na proteção dos ativos da instituição, na promoção de um ambiente de controle robusto e na contribuição para a tomada de decisões táticas e estratégicas.

Principais responsabilidades:

• Mapeamento de riscos e controles, criação e manutenção da matriz de riscos;
• Realização de testes de controles internos;
• Auxiliar as áreas de negócios no desenho de novos mecanismos de monitoramento e mitigação de riscos;
• Captura e gestão dos eventos de risco operacional;
• Acompanhamento da base de perdas operacionais;
• Acompanhamento e controle da implantação de planos de ação;
• Auxilio na condução e atualização do plano de continuidade de negócios;
• Criação e atualização dos indicadores de riscos;
• Elaboração de apresentações periódicas à Alta Administração;
• Apoiar a disseminação da cultura de riscos e controles;
• Suporte e treinamento às áreas quanto à cultura de riscos;
• Auxílio para a elaboração de políticas internas.

Experiências e qualificações:

• Formação em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Direito ou áreas relacionadas;
• Conhecimento sobre o mercado financeiro, principalmente sobre a indústria de fundos de investimento e seu ambiente regulatório;
• Experiência nas rotinas da área de risco operacional e controles internos;
• Pacote office avançado;
• Inglês nível intermediário/avançado;
• Certificação B3: PQO Compliance;
• Certificação ANBIMA: C-Pro R.
