  • Oversee core private markets processes, including capital calls and distributions, waterfall and carried interest calculations, partnership and investor allocations, and management and performance fees, and loan servicing for private credit.
  • Manage year-end and audit cycles, ensuring timely support to clients and their auditors.
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, error rates and client feedback, and turn insights into action plans with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Maintain a strong risk and control environment, including regulatory compliance, issue remediation, error management and adherence to policies and standards.
  • Lead business continuity planning and operational resilience across APAC
  • Onboard new clients and mandates, ensuring operational readiness and a smooth transition into business-as-usual.
  • Lead a multi-location team through clear direction, effective delegation, communication and employee engagement.

What we value

  • Ability to navigate a large, matrixed global organization and build effective relationships across business lines and functions.
  • Sound judgment in managing competing priorities and resolving complex or contentious issues.
  • A track record of building, developing and inspiring high-performing operations teams.
  • Experience leading change, transformation and operating model initiatives in regulated, multi-location environments.
  • Ability to execute with pace and discipline under pressure, while staying focused on risk, quality and client outcomes.
  • Commitment to inclusion, integrity and respect when working with colleagues across locations and backgrounds.
