Job Description

Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? 
Intégrez une équipe nationale en charge du déploiement de solutions techniques innovantes et participez à la réussite de projets d’installation à forte valeur ajoutée. Cette alternance offre une immersion complète dans la gestion de projet, la coordination opérationnelle et les enjeux HSE. 

Missions principales 

• Participer à la planification des installations et à l’affectation des ressources. 

• Assurer le suivi des installations  dans les outils internes (CRM, Teams, planning). 

• Contribuer à la coordination des techniciens, sous-traitants et intérimaires. 

• Suivre les heures, coûts et indicateurs de performance des installations. 

• Participer aux réunions de pilotage et au reporting hebdomadaire. 

• Accompagner les actions HSE : EPI, habilitations, formations, audits outils. 

• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue et à la digitalisation des processus. 

Profil recherché 

• Formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en gestion de projet, génie industriel, logistique ou maintenance.    
• Maitrise de l’anglais.
• Maitrise de l’allemand apprécié

• Bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils collaboratifs. 

• Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse. 

• Organisation, rigueur et sens des priorités. 

• Aisance relationnelle et esprit d’équipe. 

• Intérêt pour les environnements techniques et le terrain. 

Compétences développées 

• Gestion et coordination de projets nationaux. 

• Pilotage des ressources opérationnelles. 

• Suivi budgétaire et analyse des coûts. 

• Gestion des sous-traitants. 

• Exigences HSE et qualité. 

• Communication et reporting managérial.

• Accompagnement par le Manager Installation. 

• Montée en compétences progressive sur les outils et processus. 

• Immersion terrain avec les équipes installation.
