About the Role
高级经理，客户经营体系建设岗位职责：
1.结合业务节奏设计客户经营链路，并深入推动分公司的落地运用。
设计并持续优化客户经营链路，系统性规划全年波段客户季活动；
深入推动分公司运营客户经营重点工作，并持续萃取赋能，提升触访转效果；
创新营销员客户经营模式，开发各类线上线下拓客、经营工具。
2. Agency客户经营策略的设计与优化。
深入研究保险行业及其他行业市场的客户经营案例，并结合公司实际转化为新的业务增长点；
通过客户洞察及数据分析，定期复盘设计及实施经验，优化策略内容。
岗位要求：
全日制本科及以上学历，5年以上寿险个险经验，对个险业务及客户经营的逻辑有深刻理解（同时具备前线和中台经验者优先）；
良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力，强烈的目标感；
良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力。
