About the role :
We are looking for an AI Content Creator to produce engaging video and social media content using AI-powered creative tools. You will create and repurpose content across regional markets and platforms, while supporting channel planning, content production, and creative optimisation. This role will also help develop scalable AI content workflows, ensuring every asset meets our brand standards and financial-services compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Produce short-form and long-form videos using AI tools (e.g. Google Flow，Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or equivalent)
• Create product explainers, educational content, promo videos, ad creatives, and social clips
• Handle scripting, storyboarding, prompting, generation, editing, voiceover, subtitling, and final delivery
• Repurpose existing assets (webinars, long-form videos, static creatives) into multiple formats
• Refresh and elevate existing social content, including motion graphics, animated statics, carousels, and thumbnails
• Use AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Canva, Figma AI plugins) to speed up concepting and production
• Adapt creative across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, WeChat/Xiaohongshu, etc.) and across regional markets
• ⁠Support social media channel owners in channel management and content planning, including developing content calendars, brainstorming creative concepts, coordinating content production, and ensuring consistent publishing across platforms.
• Collaborate with social media and regional marketing teams to identify content opportunities, align creative output with channel objectives, and improve engagement through data-driven content optimisation.
• Build and document prompt libraries, templates, and SOPs so the team can scale AI content production
• Test and evaluate new AI tools, and recommend what to adopt, with a view on cost, quality, and risk
• Train and support colleagues on AI tools and best practices
• Keep all output consistent with brand's guidelines, tone, and visual identity
• Work with Compliance and Legal to make sure content meets financial services advertising rules, including risk warnings, disclaimers, and regional regulatory requirements
• Maintain responsible-AI practices: avoid misleading visuals, check copyright and licensing, and follow disclosure requirements where relevant
• Track content performance with the social and performance teams, and iterate on formats, hooks, and creative approaches based on the data

Requirements

Must have

• 2-4+ years' experience in video production, motion design, content creation, or social media creative
• Strong portfolio showing AI-assisted video and/or design work
• Hands-on experience with multiple AI video, image, and audio tools, and a good sense of each tool's strengths and limits
• Proficiency in a video editor (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar) and a design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva)
• Strong visual storytelling and a good eye for quality, pacing, and detail
• Solid understanding of what performs on social platforms
• Clear written and spoken English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus
  

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, ComfyUI) or basic scripting
• Experience producing content for APAC or multi-region audiences
• Background in 3D, animation, or sound design
