We are looking for an experienced and highly organized AI Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Artificial Intelligence initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI knowledge with program and project management expertise to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to successful implementation.

You will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to ensure AI programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable AI programs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI programs and projects, from ideation and planning through execution, deployment, and post-launch optimization.
• Define program objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource plans, and program documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while ensuring priorities, timelines, and resources remain aligned.
• Track program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex Artificial Intelligence and machine learning concepts into clear business requirements and actionable project plans.
• Partner with technical teams to understand AI model development, data requirements, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and production readiness.
• Establish project KPIs and success criteria and monitor outcomes against business and technical objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve AI program processes, delivery methodologies, and operational efficiency.
• Manage communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensure transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support budgeting, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and capacity planning for AI initiatives.
• Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, compliance, and quality standards are maintained throughout AI projects.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related technologies.
• Proven experience in Program Management and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams, including AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a structured approach to execution.
• Experience using project/program management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving AI environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant professional experience in AI, technology, program management, project management, product operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering technology or AI-driven products, platforms, or transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
