We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s finance function and drive financial performance, sustainability, and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have 7–16 years of strong experience in finance, financial planning, accounting, budgeting, reporting, cash-flow management, and business strategy.
The CFO will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to provide financial insights, strengthen financial controls, optimize capital allocation, and support critical business decisions. This role requires a combination of strong financial expertise, commercial understanding, leadership ability, and strategic thinking.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the organization’s finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business objectives.
- Own financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including annual budgets, forecasts, financial models, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow to ensure strong financial health.
- Provide management with actionable financial insights, reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, accounting policies, processes, and governance frameworks.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, liquidity, investments, and capital allocation effectively.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, statutory regulations, and corporate policies.
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, investors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.
- Evaluate business opportunities, investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to assess business risks, opportunities, and potential returns.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, building a high-performing and accountable finance organization.

Qualifications & Experience
- 7–16 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Financial Management.
- Proven experience leading or managing finance functions and teams.
- Strong track record of improving financial performance, controls, reporting, and business decision-making.
- CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or an equivalent finance/accounting qualification is preferred.
