Your day at NTT DATA
Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of Gemini Enterprise environments for enterprise customers, with a strong focus on secure data integration, identity and access control, enterprise security, and agent governance.

This senior role works closely with customers, Google Cloud, and internal delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI platform architectures and to move Gemini Enterprise from PoC to production with appropriate governance, compliance, and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Implementation

• Lead the design and configuration of Gemini Enterprise environments for enterprise customers.
• Define deployment patterns for PoC, pilot, production, and multi-department rollout scenarios.
• Assess customer requirements and translate them into platform architecture, integration design, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership across customer stakeholders, Google Cloud teams, sales teams, and internal delivery teams.
• Review technical risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery constraints during implementation.

2. Enterprise Data Integration & Governance

• Design secure integration between Gemini Enterprise and enterprise data sources such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, databases, data warehouses, APIs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Define data governance controls including data classification, retention, access policy, data leakage prevention, auditability, ownership, and approval workflows.
• Ensure Gemini Enterprise retrieves, summarizes, or acts only on information that the requesting user is authorized to access.
• Evaluate data source readiness, permission models, metadata quality, and connector limitations before production deployment.
• Advise customers on how to organize enterprise data to improve AI search, grounding quality, traceability, and compliance.

3. Identity, Access & Security

• Design identity and access models across users, groups, agents, tools, APIs, service accounts, and enterprise data sources.
• Implement enterprise security controls such as IAM, SSO, role-based access control, least-privilege access, logging, audit trails, encryption, key management, and network controls.
• Conduct security architecture reviews and identify risks related to data exposure, over-permissioned access, external tool usage, and agent actions.
• Support alignment with customer compliance requirements, internal security policies, and production governance standards.
• Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to define secure patterns for enterprise AI platform adoption.

4. Agent Governance

• Define governance rules for agents created by users, developers, Google, third-party vendors, or customer teams.
• Design agent identity, tool authorization, data access boundaries, sharing rules, lifecycle management, audit, and policy enforcement.
• Establish approval processes for agent publication, tool connection, data access, and operational use in production environments.
• Support governance for MCP access, A2A integration, agent observability, prompt and action logging, and enterprise-scale agent operations.
• Advise customers on safe agent adoption models, including separation of duties, human approval, monitoring, rollback, and incident handling.

5. Production Readiness

• Review readiness for PoC, pilot, production, and scaled enterprise deployment.
• Validate security, data governance, connector design, agent permissions, monitoring, reliability, scalability, change management, and operational readiness.
• Define operational models including support process, ownership, escalation, monitoring, audit review, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare implementation roadmaps, risk mitigation plans, and production transition plans for enterprise customers.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have experience in:

• Google Cloud architecture, security, networking, IAM, and platform administration
• Gemini Enterprise or enterprise AI platform design, deployment, and governance
• Enterprise architecture experience across PoC, pilot, and production environments
• Identity and access management, SSO, RBAC, service accounts, and least-privilege design
• Data integration using APIs, SaaS connectors, enterprise applications, databases, and knowledge repositories
• Data governance, data classification, compliance, audit, DLP, and risk management
• Agent governance, MCP, A2A, tool authorization, agent lifecycle, and observability
• Security architecture review, production readiness assessment, and technical risk management
• Customer-facing consulting, requirement analysis, technical documentation, and stakeholder management

• Business-level English communication skills.

Certification Target

Required / preferred:

• Google Cloud Professional Certification or equivalent practical experience
• Certified Partner Specialist – Gemini Enterprise Deployment is preferred
• Certified Partner Specialist – Gemini Enterprise Agent Development is a plus
• Security, data governance, cloud architecture, or enterprise architecture certifications are also preferred

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid working mode.
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 17:00.
