About this role

We are seeking an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems to serve as the primary innovation engine and technical director for advanced visual workflows across the MXC node. Combining a deep background in commercial film/agency production with cutting-edge expertise in generative tools, this role transcends traditional post-production.
 

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Motion Design, you will oversee the intersection of director-level visual craft and automated generation. You will be responsible for building, scaling, and curating next-generation production pipelines—from rapid concepting and generative video creation to high-end finishing—ensuring that every asset generated across motion and static touchpoints hits a commercial, cinematic 4K standard at enterprise speed.

What you will do:

• Cinematic Generative Artistry: Conceptualize and produce disruptive visual content, blending cinematic aesthetics, photorealistic imagery, and storytelling with generative technologies.

• Advanced Prompting & Image Pipeline Engineering: Master advanced prompt engineering and generation workflows using Midjourney, ChatGPT, Kling, and ComfyUI to produce high-impact brand visuals and video sequences.

• End-to-End Visual Direction & Finishing: Translate complex briefs into comprehensive visual narratives, overseeing art direction, style prototyping, and quality control to eliminate temporal glitches and maintain visual coherence across all outputs.

• Cross-Disciplinary Production Engine: Act as a force multiplier for the entire MXC cell, executing motion concepts, campaign key visuals, and rapid visual ideation to support both static and motion design workstreams.

• AI Stack Custody & Workflow Innovation: Continuously test, deploy, and document emerging generative tools, managing team licensing and integrating new platforms to maintain a 30% pipeline acceleration.
   

What experience you have:

• 7+ Years of Film Direction & Generative Artistry: Proven track record as a Commercial Director, Head of AI, or Lead AI Artist within top-tier production houses or creative agency environments.

• Deep Generative AI Command: Hands-on mastery of leading AI tools—including Midjourney, Kling, ChatGPT, Runway, and node-based setups like ComfyUI—for photorealistic image generation and video synthesis.

• Hybrid Art Direction & Storytelling: Exceptional visual literacy with a strong background in art direction, framing, lighting, color theory, and cinematic storytelling.

• Production & Agency Fluency: Demonstrated ability to collaborate directly with creative teams, translate abstract ideas into technical workflows, and deliver under tight enterprise timelines.

• Executive Communication: Professional fluency in English to articulate visual choices, document generative workflows, and align technical strategies with global stakeholders.
