What You'll Do
AI & Automation
- Identify repetitive tasks that could be simplified through AI or automation.
- Help design and test AI-powered workflows and business solutions.
- Assist with creating AI prompts, copilots, knowledge bases, and automated processes.
- Research emerging AI tools and recommend practical business applications.
- Participate in pilots and implementation projects.
Process Improvement
- Document current business processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Recommend opportunities to simplify work.
- Help teams standardize and improve processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Data & Analytics
- Build simple dashboards and reports.
- Analyze workflow and operational data.
- Track adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions.
- Measure time savings and productivity improvements.
- Present findings to leadership.
- Support communication and change management efforts.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new technology quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools.
- Basic experience with Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, or workflow tools.
- Internship or project experience involving analytics, process improvement, or technology.
