As an AI/GenAI Engineer - Senior Manager - AI Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes and tools to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to know when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for managing delivery risk and driving continuous improvement in managed services. You will engage with clients at a strategic level, crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story. Your work will involve applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities, validating outcomes with clients, and acting on their feedback. Responsibilities

- Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline client operations
- Overseeing delivery teams to optimize performance and manage delivery risk
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies for managed services processes and tools
- Utilizing project management skills to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency
- Managing budgetary aspects of service delivery to align with client expectations
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and drive results
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to support service excellence
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine service offerings

What You Must Have

- AIOps & AI Managed Services (AI agents, AgentOps, automation, and AIOps delivery in production environments.)
- Engagement & Delivery Leadership (End-to-end ownership of client engagements, delivery strategy, operating model, and service quality.)
- Executive Stakeholder Management (Executive client relationships, value realization, governance, and trusted advisor engagement.)
- Commercial & P&L Management (Margin ownership, commercial outcomes, estimation, scoping, SOWs, and cost takeout.)
- People & Engineering Leadership (Leading managers and engineering teams, talent development, coaching, and capability building.)
- At least 15+ years of experience

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
