As an AI Developer - Senior Manager you will help develop innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice, focusing on software engineering work that supports digital transformation and improved business performance. As a Senior Manager you will lead large efforts, bring sound judgment to complex situations, and guide teams through ambiguous work while shaping clear direction for clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will design, code, test, and refine applications, use creative thinking to address evolving needs, and contribute to a culture that values inclusion, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Leading AI software development initiatives and guiding cross-functional delivery from concept through deployment
- Designing scalable application architectures and translating business needs into technical solution designs
- Building and refining Python-based components, APIs, and interfaces for intelligent software products
- Applying AI fluency to assess model use cases, integration points, and production readiness
- Developing React Native experiences that connect mobile users to AI-enabled product capabilities
- Coaching teams through complex technical decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery challenges
- Validating system behavior, code quality, and release readiness across development cycles
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to shape solution direction and adjust priorities based on feedback
- Driving adoption of modern engineering methods, coding patterns, and automated delivery practices
- Modeling professional and technical standards while guiding teams through ambiguity and change

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating AI solution architecture skills within client-facing delivery
- Excelling in AI architecture and enterprise-scale delivery

- Leading cross-team delivery quality and alignment

- Shaping and executing AI roadmaps for sustainability

- Experience with sustainability data and ESG analytics

- Extensive knowledge of AI frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Langchain, - Azure OpenAI, GPT models, Llama, etc.).

- Proven expertise in designing and deploying agent-based AI systems and architectures.

- Strong experience with full-stack technologies including WebApps, API integration patterns, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.

- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.

- Strong cloud architecture experience, especially Azure (AWS/GCP knowledge desirable).
