As an AI & Cloud Full Stack Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through innovative software solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will inspire and develop your team, leveraging their unique strengths to meet client expectations and contribute to the success of PwC Acceleration Center India. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the interactions between system components, mentor junior staff, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the firm's success, all while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in software engineering and product innovation
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet client needs
- Utilizing AI fluency and cloud technologies to improve software development processes and outcomes
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices for seamless operations
- Conducting code reviews and quality assurance testing to maintain software standards
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Promoting continuous integration and delivery practices to optimize software lifecycle management
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace new technologies
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members to maintain project timelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
