We’re looking for a Global Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Intern to join our Global Commercial & Marketing Excellence team in Amsterdam/Eindhoven.

As a Search (SEO) Intern you’ll be responsible for an effective execution of the Search (SEO) activities at global and market level. You’ll be part of the Signify Global Brand, Communications & Marketing team and its responsibilities are enablement of the digital capabilities across the globe, so aspiration for digital & communications must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do

Supporting the deployment and maintenance of the Search/SEO process on central level and with markets through the following activities:

• Coordinating global SEO/GEO pilots for key global brands
• Performing a keyword research and delivering best quality keywords for website optimization & new content creation
• Assisting markets with their SEO/GEO process related questions
• Managing reports and providing the analysis to help identify trends and opportunities
• Working with SEO tools: BrightEdge & Google Search Console, interns will be trained on these tools.
• Participating in SEO/GEO team meetings & sharing best practices
• Interns will be trained with all required knowledge, dedication and willingness to learn is required.

Your qualifications

• Studying towards your Bachelor/Master in the field of Communications, Marketing, Data analytics, AI, or any other related degrees.
• Fluent in English
• Results-oriented, proactive, team player, fast-learner.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Available for 6 months (or longer)

Nice to have

• Canva and basic copyrighting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong collaborator & communicator

Notes 

• EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time. 

• Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
