Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.系统策略主导：基于全量车队 KPI，主导 AGV 整体运行策略优化，针对生产峰谷做系统性配置调整，解决系统性流转瓶颈。

2.疑难技术攻坚：可解决99%以上现场技术问题；针对跨系统疑难故障完成深度根因定位，区分现场操作、设备硬件、调度算法、上层系统问题，给出建议。

3.系统性数据分析与优化：具备系统性优化能力，深度使用 Power BI 等工具做全维度数据分析；识别系统性低效、高频故障根源，输出中长期优化方案，推动跨模块改进落地。

4. 高级技术沟通：承担核心技术沟通职责，直接对接供应商专家、AL团队；主导复杂问题技术谈判、方案确认，定义现场侧技术需求。

5.项目关键用户：作为现场技术权威参与新项目导入、版本迭代，主导关键测试与验收，定义验收标准，评估系统方案可行性。

6.技术传承与体系建设：负责技术传承，主导关键 SOP、故障知识库搭建；输出培训材料，开展团队高阶技术分享，提升整个团队技术能力。

7.安全体系监督：监督 AGV 区域安全体系运行，识别系统性安全风险，推动安全制度迭代。

8.其他任务：完成上级交办的临时性现场支援任务。

Requirements:

1.学历与专业：本科及以上学历，工业自动化及相关理工科专业优先；

2.语言能力：大学英语四级（CET-4）及以上，具备良好的英语书面阅读及业务沟通能力；

3.其他技能：对数据敏感，具备扎实的数据分析与处理能力；具备良好的沟通表达能力与团队协作精神，责任心强；能够适应紧急 On-call 值班支持机制；

4. 优秀应届毕业生亦可考虑
