Job Description

主要职责：

• 战略客户管理：制定并执行针对政府集采项目和化工行业战略客户的管理和发展策略；深入了解客户需求及相关政府采购流程，推动业务增长并实现公司业务目标。
• 跨部门团队合作：主导并与销售、市场、服务及产品团队等跨部门紧密合作，提升组织竞争力和执行力；通过团队协作，提升安捷伦在战略客户中的市场份额。
• 项目管理与执行：领导和推进复杂项目，确保与客户需求和公司战略目标一致；保证策略和客户解决方案的及时有效落地。
• 客户关系与合作：与战略客户和KOLs建立并维护稳固的长期合作关系；提升客户满意度和忠诚度，带来积极的业务影响。
• 业务规划与KPI管理：设定并落实短期和长期业务目标及KPI，确保与公司整体战略目标一致；定期监测业务进展，及时调整策略以达成目标。

Qualifications

任职要求：

• 制药、化学、生物、食品、环境、材料等相关专业本科及以上学历；
• 具备优秀的团队协作、项目管理和领导力；
• 至少5年战略客户管理、业务发展或市场营销相关经验，具有科学仪器行业经验者优先；
• 出色的人际交往和沟通能力，擅长与高层建立并维护合作关系；
• 能够接受不定期出差。
