We are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded After Sales & Service Manager to lead our BeNeLux service and aftermarket organisation.
In this key leadership role, you will shape the future of our service business across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. You will lead operational performance, develop your team, strengthen customer relationships and drive profitable growth in service, spare parts and service agreements.

Your Impact
Service Operations Excellence
You will lead and continuously improve our service operation across workshop and field-service activities, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
Customer & Network Leadership
You will build strong relationships with customers, dealers and service partners, ensuring an outstanding service experience and high equipment uptime across the region.
People Development
You will inspire, coach and develop a team of service professionals, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus.
Aftermarket Growth
You will play a key role in expanding our aftermarket business by identifying growth opportunities, strengthening customer retention and developing service agreements and recurring-revenue solutions.
Performance & Business Leadership
You will use data, KPIs and business insight to drive decisions, improve performance and ensure the successful delivery of operational and commercial objectives.
Who You Are
You are an experienced service leader who enjoys being close to the business and making a visible impact.
You combine operational discipline with commercial awareness and are able to translate challenges into practical solutions and measurable results.
You bring:
- Experience leading service, aftersales or technical operations in a B2B environment.
- A strong understanding of workshop and field-service activities.
- A proven track record in improving operational and customer performance.
- Strong leadership and people-development skills.
- Commercial understanding of how service drives customer loyalty, profitability and business growth.
- Experience working with customers, dealers or service partners.
- A structured, data-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the BeNeLux region.
