About the Role 

We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to grow ThinkCapital’s partner network and drive customer acquisition and revenue through affiliate and creator partnerships. 

You will identify and recruit relevant partners, manage relationships and deliver campaigns that connect ThinkCapital with trader audiences. The ideal candidate understands prop trading, trading communities and how to turn partnerships into measurable commercial results. 

Key Responsibilities 

Affiliate Recruitment & Growth 

• Identify, approach and recruit affiliates, trading educators, content creators and community owners with relevant trader audiences. 

• Grow the affiliate program, driving challenge purchases and revenue through new and existing partnerships. 

• Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures and promotional opportunities within approved budgets. 

• Manage partner onboarding, ensuring affiliates understand ThinkCapital’s products, tracking tools and promotional guidelines. 

• Identify opportunities to improve the program’s competitiveness, partner activity and long-term performance. 

Influencer & Creator Partnerships 

• Build relationships with trading influencers and creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and relevant community channels. 

• Assess potential partners based on audience relevance, engagement quality, credibility and commercial potential. 

• Plan and deliver creator campaigns, including product explainers, reviews, educational content and promotional activity. 

• Manage campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines and budgets, coordinating content review and approval. 

• Develop successful collaborations into ongoing partnerships and brand ambassador relationships. 

Partner Management & Campaign Execution 

• Maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication, performance reviews and campaign support. 

• Work with Creative and Marketing teams to provide promotional assets, landing pages, links and discount codes. 

• Coordinate partner activity around product launches, promotions and wider marketing campaigns. 

• Ensure partner content accurately represents ThinkCapital’s evaluation products and follows brand and internal approval guidelines. 

• Work with Finance and relevant teams to resolve commission, tracking and payment queries. 

Performance & Reporting 

• Monitor partner performance, including referred traffic, conversions, challenge purchases, revenue and acquisition costs. 

• Maintain accurate affiliate links, campaign tracking and attribution in collaboration with Analytics and Technology teams. 

• Evaluate campaign returns and identify opportunities to improve partner performance. 

• Provide clear reports on revenue, campaign results and partner pipeline. 

• Work toward monthly and quarterly acquisition and affiliate revenue targets. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field from a recognized, accredited university. 

• Practical experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships or digital marketing. 

• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills. 

• Ability to identify relevant partners and manage outreach, onboarding and campaigns. 

• Understanding of affiliate commissions, campaign tracking and performance metrics. 

• Understanding of prop trading evaluation programs and trader audiences. 

• Experience in prop trading, fintech or trading-related marketing is a plus. 

• An existing network of trading affiliates, influencers or community owners is a plus.
