  • The Contractor shall identify, evaluate, and validate ISR Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) capacity requirements in support of Air Components, Combatant Commands, and enterprise-wide intelligence operations.
  • The Contractor shall assess the operational and readiness impacts of manpower decisions, resource constraints, and emerging mission requirements, developing data-driven recommendations to improve Total Force integration and mission effectiveness.
  • The Contractor shall participate in working groups, planning forums, and stakeholder engagements addressing future AF DCGS operating concepts, strategic planning, manpower requirements, and intelligence enterprise integration.
  • The Contractor shall coordinate with ISR organizations, operational units, and acquisition stakeholders to develop integration strategies and risk mitigation recommendations addressing operational ISR system capabilities and mission requirements.
  • The Contractor shall support international engagements and coordination with partner nations related to AF DCGS operations, intelligence programs, and interoperability initiatives.
