As an AES Salesforce Technical Lead/Manager - Consult, you will guide multidisciplinary teams in the integration and optimization of Salesforce systems, enhancing client business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your strategic vision and business acumen to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will drive the evolution of Salesforce applications, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be pivotal in navigating complex client needs and delivering exceptional service within our Application Evolution Services - Salesforce practice.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce system integration projects and managing client expectations
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce solutions
- Utilizing technical proficiency in Salesforce APIs and customization to enhance business integrations
- Developing and implementing Salesforce data architecture and workflow solutions
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across Salesforce teams
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Salesforce frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing Salesforce utilization and improving client service excellence
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address integration challenges
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to system integration delivery, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce APIs and Salesforce Customization
- Utilizing Salesforce Data Architecture and Salesforce Integration skills
- Managing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Workflow effectively
- Implementing Integration Architecture and Middleware Development
- Excelling in strategic questioning and analytical thinking
