Join a thriving, well-established Family Medicine practice in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, where collaboration, continuity of care, and work-life balance are more than just buzzwords, they are the foundation of the practice. Sentara Medical Group has a full-time opening for an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine Physicians at our New Town location. Become part of a highly supportive team of experienced physicians, APPs, and dedicated clinical staff who are committed to delivering exceptional care to a large adult and senior patient population. As an experienced provider, you'll find a welcoming environment that values mentorship, teamwork, flexibility, and long-term professional growth. Here, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients, manage a broad range of chronic and preventive care needs, and make a lasting impact in a practice that has earned the trust of generations of Williamsburg families.

Position Highlights:

• High-performing practice that includes 3 collaborating Physicians and 5 Nurse Practitioners

• 5-day work week, with flexibility to work a 4 or 4 ½ day work week

• Average 16-20 patients per day

• Call every 9 weeks – Nurse triage utilized first, resulting in light call

• Adult and chronic care management

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA 

• Must have 3 years of experience and clinical acuity in family medicine and chronic disease management.
