This role will be trained and enabled to support our enterprise Adobe Workfront application, designed to help marketing intake, plan, execute and report on all marketing deliverables. You will be responsible for the technical ownership, governance, administration and oversight of the platform for a global Fortune 10 company. This role ensures that the Adobe Workfront application is aligned with business objectives, supports operational excellence, and delivers value across teams. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and project management, to ensure the platform meets organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner and administrator for Adobe Workfront and related platform capabilities.
• Configure and maintain workflows, templates, dashboards, reports, custom fields, permissions, and user access.
• Manage day-to-day platform support, issue resolution, and user administration.
• Maintain or build automations using low-code/no-code Adobe Workfront Fusion platform.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and improve platform adoption.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with information security standards.
• Support platform roadmap planning, feature rollouts, vendor coordination, and licensing activities.
• Act as the primary contact for vendor relationships, including Adobe and third-party partners (if applicable)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Work Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in application administration, platform support, system configuration, or application ownership for enterprise applications, project management tools, or work management platforms.
• Experience configuring workflows, templates, dashboards, reports, forms, user roles, permissions, and custom fields.
• Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical teams or vendors.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system improvements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Experience with Adobe Workfront administration or similar work management solutions (e.g., JIRA, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.) would be an advantage.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion or similar low-code/no-code integration and automation platforms would be nice to have.
• Experience with APIs, JSON, and integration concepts, including automation logic such as filters, routers, iterators, aggregators, and exception handling, would be beneficial.
• Experience supporting enterprise software licensing, vendor management, platform onboarding, or system enablement would be considered an asset.
• Experience with the software delivery lifecycle, including roadmapping, prioritization, and delivery, would be an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively, as needed.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Adobe Certified Professional - Workfront Core Certification is a plus
• Understanding of information security practices and compliance considerations for enterprise applications.

Salary:   3,819.51 - 5,456.44 eur gross/month
