As an Adobe Data- AEP/RTCDP, Manager, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement and support Salesforce applications effectively
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce consulting projects
- Developing and delivering training materials to enhance client utilization of Salesforce solutions
- Managing project architecture and budgeting to align with client objectives
- Utilizing technical consultation skills to integrate emerging technologies into client systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
- Promoting innovative design and technology integration across Salesforce platforms
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within Salesforce applications
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process modeling
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance project architecture
- Developing skills in enterprise integration and technology innovation
- Excelling in coaching and feedback to mentor junior staff
