As an Adobe Data- AEP/RTCDP-Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits to sustain performance. You will actively listen, ask questions, and clearly express ideas, all while gathering information to analyze facts and discern patterns. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with team members to address diverse client challenges and scope
- Developing and maintaining business systems and processes to enhance client outcomes
- Applying technical consultation skills to support Salesforce administration and integration projects
- Utilizing emerging technologies to innovate and improve business application solutions
- Participating in project architecture and budgeting to align with strategic objectives
- Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making
- Building commercial awareness and understanding of business models to drive client success
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Excelling in active listening and communication to enhance client engagement
- Applying innovative design and emerging technologies to drive business solutions
- Utilizing business process modeling and systems project management for efficient project execution
- Implementing technology integration and enterprise software solutions for client success
