Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospective students through various communication methods, including phone calls, emails, and social media engagement.
• Conduct personalized interviews to assess students' aspirations and align them with appropriate academic programs.
• Provide detailed information on admissions requirements and the range of programs offered at Tricoci University.
• Assist students in completing their enrollment applications and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared accurately.
• Manage the overall admissions process to create a seamless experience for incoming students.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid representatives to educate students about their funding options.
• Participate in community recruitment events to promote Tricoci University and its offerings.
• Build relationships with local schools and organizations to enhance student outreach efforts.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is preferred.

• Knowledge of or a passion for the beauty industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Comfortable utilizing technology and various digital communication platforms.
• Ability to establish rapport and connect with diverse individuals.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
