Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admissions Coordinator to support our admissions process at the Ahmedabad branch. The ideal candidate will manage student inquiries, coordinate admissions activities, and ensure a smooth experience for prospective students from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process and available programs.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants and admission status.
• Coordinate with the head office and faculty for scheduling and document verification.
• Assist in organizing local promotional or orientation events when required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, data entry).
• Prior experience in education, counseling, Sales/Marketing or admissions will be an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently.

Benefits

• Full time (on-site, Ahmedabad branch)

Compensation:

• Fixed salary of ₹35,000 per month
