What you'll do:
As an Administrator / Analyst in MUFG’s Credit Administration Department, you will be entrusted with responsibilities that are central to maintaining the bank’s reputation for reliability and precision. Your day-to-day activities will involve registering credit limits across multiple systems with careful attention to detail and generating comprehensive reports that keep operations running smoothly. You will interact frequently with relationship managers and other stakeholders, providing valuable support on credit control matters while also contributing ideas for workflow enhancements. By participating in system testing and process improvement initiatives, you will help shape more efficient ways of working. - Register credit and market risk limits promptly in various systems by processing new facilities, renewals, amendments, suspensions or terminations according to approved credit applications while ensuring strict adherence to internal guidelines and rules.
- Prepare clear and accurate Terms & Conditions documentation for credit facilities in line with official credit approvals to support transparent communication between all parties involved.
- Generate daily control reports to monitor ongoing activities within the department and ensure all relevant information is captured accurately for review.
- Track monthly reports on approved conditions or instructions, ensuring deadlines are consistently met as required by internal policies or external regulations.
- Assist in compiling timely due date control reports so that all upcoming obligations are clearly identified and managed effectively.
- Communicate regularly with relationship managers and other key stakeholders regarding any issues or queries related to credit controls, fostering a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Participate actively in discussions aimed at enhancing workflows or system functionalities within the department, including performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when necessary.
- Develop thoughtful recommendations for process improvements based on your observations and support their implementation across the team.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies as well as departmental guidelines to maintain compliance at every stage of your work.

- Possess tertiary education or above which provides a solid foundation for understanding complex financial processes within corporate banking environments.
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant experience in credit administration or related fields; candidates with less experience or recent graduates may be considered for an Administrator position.
- Show sound knowledge of policies and procedures relating to credit controls so you can confidently navigate regulatory requirements.
- Display proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint which are essential tools for reporting and analysis tasks.
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills coupled with strong attention to detail so that all records remain accurate and compliant at all times.
