YOUR CHALLENGES:

• supporting R&D equipment management, cooperation and follow-up with operationals
• supporting investment requests management, cooperation and follow-up with operationals, capitalization
• maintenance of standard reports : capex, resources utilization, projects, procurement open orders...
• maintenance of databases : hours/project reporting tool, SAP, customer codes and contracts
• preparation of data for presentations to site management and product group management
• alignment with foreign partners on intercompany flows and payment
• creation of invoices, follow up of China invoices
• monthly bookings for SAP
• non regular operational topics
  

LET´S TALK ABOUT YOU:

• You are a University student, ideally in the area of economics
• You have experience with MS Office or Google Workspace(Excel)
• English on good level (spoken and written)
• Good organizational and communication skills
