We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our day-to-day operations while ensuring our clients receive a professional and welcoming experience.

The Administrative Assistant will play an important role in supporting attorneys, staff, and clients while helping ensure that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and attorney schedules.
• Assist with client intake and maintain accurate client information.
• Handle, organize, and maintain legal documents and records.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
• Assist with daily office operations and ensure workflows remain organized.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and staff in both English and Spanish.
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a legal environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Professional and confident when communicating with clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, scheduling, and client intake.
• Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach.
• Experience supporting daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to learn new software quickly.
