We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant - Asset Management to join our ever evolving Asset Management team and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll play an important role in strengthening how company assets are tracked, managed and accounted for throughout their lifecycle, helping colleagues and the business operate with accurate information and effective controls. Through strong organization, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration, you’ll help improve asset visibility, support informed budgeting and forecasting, and create reliable processes that enable our teams to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients around the world.
What you’ll own
- Drive accurate asset accountability by maintaining reliable records across the asset lifecycle, strengthening visibility of company resources and enabling informed business decisions.
- Strengthen asset controls and compliance by identifying and resolving inventory and reconciliation discrepancies, helping protect company resources and improve data accuracy.
- Improve the employee asset experience by ensuring the accurate tracking of asset issuance, returns, transfers and movements, creating clear accountability throughout the process.
- Turn asset data into actionable insight by contributing accurate records for reporting, budgeting and forecasting, helping teams plan effectively and make well-informed decisions.
- Shape better ways of working by identifying opportunities to improve asset management systems, processes and controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- A relevant degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field, providing a strong foundation for effective asset administration and coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage information effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting, with the ability to organize information that supports clear asset visibility.
- The ability to work independently and take accountability for outcomes while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and improvement-focused mindset, with the ability to bring structure and accuracy to asset management processes.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Familiarity with asset tracking systems and how they support asset visibility and accountability.
- Experience working with asset inventories, reconciliations, records or other detail-oriented administrative processes.
- A continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to make processes more organized, accurate and effective.
