We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative and MarCom Assistant to support internal communications, employer branding, events, marketing activities, and administrative operations. In this role, you will work closely with local management, HR, and communication teams to strengthen employee engagement, support business initiatives, coordinate events, and help build a strong employer brand.
Key responsibilities
- Create and coordinate internal communications, newsletters, announcements, intranet content, and employee stories.
- Support local marketing and branding activities, including the development of communication and marketing materials.
- Organize internal events, factory visits, town halls, and external events.
- Drive employer branding initiatives in close cooperation with HR, including talent attraction activities and open days.
- Coordinate local CSR projects, partnerships, and cooperation with universities and high schools.
- Support external communication activities by preparing content, key messages, and background materials.
- Provide administrative support to the Feeder Factory Manager, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, and leadership meetings.
What we are looking for
- Secondary school education; university degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valid Category B driving license.
- Experience with communication platforms, social media channels, and digital tools.
- Knowledge of image editing, video creation, graphic design, or AI-powered content creation tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-driven personality with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive projects from idea to execution.
