About the Role
Heidelberg Materials is seeking an organised Administration Assistant to support daily operations across our busy office environment. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing professional administrative support to managers and operational teams
• Managing incoming enquiries, correspondence and document flow
• Assisting with data entry, reporting and record management
• Coordinating calendars, meetings and office requirements
• Preparing documents, spreadsheets and basic presentations
• Maintaining organised filing systems and supporting compliance processes
• Upholding Heidelberg Materials’ safety and operational standards

About You

• Experience in administration or office support
• Strong communication skills and a polished, professional manner
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, reliable and committed to supporting a collaborative team
