  • Partner with HR Business Partners, People Relations, and Employment Legal teams to address complex accommodation matters, support organizational acquisitions, and ensure consistency across locations.
  • Analyze case trends, recommend process improvements, develop standardized accommodation procedures, and provide training and guidance to HR and field leadership on accommodation-related requirements and best practices.

  • Experience conducting and documenting the interactive process, including evaluating functional limitations, essential job functions, and potential accommodations.

Required Education

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with state accommodation and leave laws across multiple states, including California FEHA, Oregon disability accommodation requirements, and Washington disability accommodation and discrimination requirements.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, senior living, post-acute care, or other multi-site operational environments.
  • Experience with Workday Absence or other leave and accommodation case management systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong case management, documentation, and organizational skills.
