As an Ad Ops Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing our campaigns to life — from concept to execution. You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing campaigns and promotions across various stores, ensuring they are effectively executed and aligned with our goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to plan and deliver impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and results.

What you’ll be doing

• Campaign Execution – Plan, set up, and launch campaigns and promotions for various stores, ensuring flawless operational delivery.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Design, and Marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution and communication.
• Process Optimization – Continuously look for ways to streamline campaign workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Our humble expectations

• Experience – 1–2 years in campaign management, marketing operations, or similar roles; experience in digital advertising, campaign operations or e-commerce is a plus.
• Campaign Knowledge – Strong understanding of campaign creation, execution, and reporting processes.
• Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Communication – Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with cross-functional teams.
• Mindset – Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Tools – Familiarity with campaign management and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ads Manager, internal reporting systems).
• Languages – Fluency in Greek & English.
