What You Will Do

As a Consultant, you will take end-to-end ownership of AI solution development with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI, driving technical delivery and client impact.

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems using multi-agent frameworks - orchestrating specialized agents (retrievers, planners, insight generators, executors) to deliver scalable client solutions.
• Build and deploy Generative AI applications: LLM-based pipelines, RAG systems, prompt engineering frameworks, and fine-tuned models for domain-specific use cases.
• Define and manage data, knowledge, and context pipelines to enable effective agent reasoning, memory, and action.
• Architect orchestration pipelines that coordinate agents across complex, multi-step workflows with appropriate monitoring and fallback mechanisms.
• Leverage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable AI deployment, lifecycle management, and operational monitoring.
• Use tooling such as FastAPI, GCP Vertex AI, and Databricks for modular API development, model deployment, and large-scale data workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into business processes and ensure deployment readiness.
• Evaluate and continuously improve system performance across accuracy, reliability, automation rate, and business KPIs.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into client-ready presentations, demos, and playbooks that articulate business value clearly.
• Mentor junior Analysts on technical implementation, consulting norms, and professional development.
• Contribute to internal accelerators, IP assets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Domain Focus

Candidates should bring hands-on solution-building experience in one or more of the following domains:

• Marketing - customer acquisition, content/ creative generation, performance optimization, and next-best-action execution
• Sales - omnichannel selling experiences, and revenue intelligence
• Commerce - digital commerce platforms
• Service - customer service transformation, contact center AI, and operations automation
• Design & Digital Products - experience design, digital product build, and agile product delivery

Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline with an excellent academic record.
• 4 - 7 years of progressive experience in AI/ML or Data Science, with preference for consulting or enterprise delivery contexts.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL; demonstrated ability to build and ship production-grade AI solutions.
• Proven track record implementing Generative AI use cases: RAG, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, or multi-modal applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks - LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangGraph.
• Solid experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment, orchestration, and monitoring.
• Practical exposure to FastAPI, GCP Vertex AI, and/or Databricks in end-to-end solution development.
• Strong client-facing communication skills - ability to structure narratives, build business cases, and deliver compelling demos.
• Ability to independently structure problems, identify AI-fit use cases, and drive solutions from design to deployment.

What We Are NOT Looking For

• Profiles limited to BPM operations, platform-only implementation (SAP/Oracle), or presales without delivery depth.
• Candidates without demonstrable hands-on AI/ML build experience.
