Join ITW Construction Products Asia Pacific and play a key role in protecting cash flow, strengthening customer relationships and supporting business performance. As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will manage a designated debtor portfolio, drive collections outcomes and ensure accurate receivables processing across the business. Your work will directly contribute to revenue protection, customer satisfaction and ongoing process improvement. 

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity.

What You Will Do: 

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain debtor ledgers in line with company policy. 
• Process and allocate incoming payments accurately and efficiently. 
• Follow up outstanding accounts and build positive customer relationships to achieve collection targets. 
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies and resolve account queries. 
  Prepare and issue customer statements and accounts receivable reports. 
• Monitor credit limits and overdue accounts, making recommendations to the Credit Manager. 
• Process approved new account applications and maintain customer records. 
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 

What You Bring: 

• 3+ years’ experience across the full Accounts Receivable function. 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, collections and credit practices. 
• Experience managing debtor ledgers, cash allocation and account reconciliations. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. 
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. 
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment. 
• Microsoft Office skills and ideally exposure to Pronto ERP. 
• Construction, manufacturing or industrial sector experience will be highly regarded.
